Review for Birdie Delights' Toys
Birdie Delights toys are constructed out of the finest materials on the market.
They only use domestic vegetable tanned leather. Wooden toys are made from premium hard maple, manzanita, and spruce. Spruce is a very clean wood virtually without sap. It's just as chewy as pine but cleaner. Some toys use cholla cactus that has been sun dried and sterilized. Acrylic toys use the thicker 1/4" acrylic. Organic vegetable food coloring is used and all toys attach to cages with quick links, including the small toys.
Our birds have been delighted with the colorful wooden stars from Birdie Delights. These wooden hand-held toys are made from maple, a very hard wood. They have been colored with human grade food coloring and have a nut embedded in the middle. Our cockatoos and quaker have enjoyed the challenge to get to that nut as well as gnawing slowly away at the wood.
Birdie Delights' toys come in sizes for all birds. They have a large range of toy types and material, from knotted leather to wooden shapes to acrylic animals. They even have Christmas tree toys in three sizes for the upcoming holiday season. They also carry jewelry, letter openers and other wonderful gifts with a bird theme for the great unfeathered ones (humans) in the house.
