A 7-course cocktail and food tasting menu presented by our chefs inside the Aviary Kitchen. Featuring iconic Aviary cocktails and new, playful creations, this unique dining adventure is available for up to 4 people with limited seatings each night.
The Aviary Experience
Our 5-course signature tasting menu that pairs our most popular cocktails with small plates. Cocktails progress from light and refreshing, to bold and spirit-forward, then conclude with a touch of sweetness.
The 3-Course Cocktail Progression
Create your own adventure in this experience perfect for pre or post dinner festivities! Handpick three cocktails from our list and enjoy a progression of inventive techniques and unique flavors – all at a lower price than ordering à la carte.
